Metal Braces
Metal braces are widely used in orthodontic treatment.
What are metal braces?
Small stainless steel attachments (braces) are bonded to the front surfaces of the teeth, and stainless steel and nickel-titanium wires are used to move the teeth.
Who are they for?
Metal braces are used to correct malaligned and crowded teeth in children and adults.
How does the process work?
The braces are bonded to the teeth and the wires are placed. Treatment continues with regular check-ups, at which the wires are adjusted.
How many sessions?
The length of treatment and the number of check-ups are planned at the orthodontic examination.
